This strategic location provides stable ground foundation, adequate surface drainage, deep water table, and ample ground water supply. It is an area of moderate slopes and the most common soil type is the hard loam, more popularly known as the adobe which was heavily used in construction in the past. Weather condition is generally fair, with the highest amount of rainfall occuring during the months of May to November. |
